i consider myself a lucky woman.  i have 11 of the best friends a lady could ask for, and i really don't take time to let them know how much i appreciate them as often as i should. 

to casee, corinne, lisa, kat, danielle g., danielle f., ali, ana, kelly, jenna, and kim - thank you.

thank you for being the best friends i've ever had.  for sticking with me through thick and thin.  for knowing the right things to say, when to say them, and when to say nothing at all.  for being there when the bottom fell out and reminding me of who i am, who i've always been, and supporting me and loving me unconditionally, no matter the secrets i kept (yes, i'm well-aware y'all figured out my secrets long before i told you - a testament to our friendship).  for talking me off ledges (pretty often, might i add), and reminding me of my strength and worth.  for all the wonderful, fun, sometimes crazy, but always classy, memories we have.  for pushing me to take risks, to put down my guard, to be my best self.

there have been a lot of challenges in my life in the past few years.  i couldn't have gotten through them without my best girls.  they are without a doubt the great loves of my life.  

honorable mention to my momma.  we all know that's a different kind of best friendship there.
