grateful for: sunday brunch dates at a place you've never been before with one of your favorite people where you spend hours chatting and cackling - it doesn't really get better than that.
my friend (and former boss) xuan and i went to tribeca this past sunday for some brunch, booze and girl time. tribeca is this cute and sophisticated little spot in olmos park that offers 'new american cuisine' and is open for happy hour & dinner tue-sat & brunch on sundays. we both ordered the cured salmon benedict, which was amazing. the salmon was so delicious and the mixed greens perfectly dressed. we also tried the signature bloody mary, which was perfectly spiced and very strong. i'll definitely be going back to try some of their other dishes and i certainly want to check out their happy hour.
shoutout to my cousin, amber, for telling me about this gem. i always hear about the best spots in san antonio from her!
