YAY!

i finally got my braces off yesterday.  i feel like i had had them on forever!  it's been two and a half years since they were put on.  a lot has changed since then.  i think the braces made me more shy, and they definitely made me look younger than i am.  since getting them off i've been feeling less shy and less self-conscious.  my sister says i look older, and a friend told me i look different.  i'm glad they are finally off, and maybe that has me smiling a little more than usual.  in any case, it's a good change!
