it's friday!!!

it's been one of those mornings.

you know, the kind where you wake up and all you want to do is crawl back in your bed and not see anyone for days and days and days. 

i hate those mornings.

but then i remembered...

 i love the little "you go girl!" tag at the bottom.

today is the day two of my favorites arrive for a visit!  danielle and kelly will both fly in this afternoon, and i'm so crazy excited.  i have lots of ideas for what we can do this weekend, but i know that for the most part we just all need some girl time, and will be incredibly content with lounging by the pool (provided there aren't too many gremlins around).

i'm thinking we might do a cemetery tour, which just sounds all kinds of exciting and interesting.  okay, maybe it's a little morbid that i'm excited to go to a cemetery.  but we're not talking about just any cemetery here.  we're talking about st. louis cemetery no. 1.  where voodoo queen marie leveau was supposedly entombed.  i think it'll be fun, but it's an early morning tour, so we'll see!

there's a lot of stuff going on this weekend, with it being a holiday weekend, so i'm sure we won't lack for fun.  i just can't wait for this workday to be over, so i can go pick them up from the airport and we can get started!
