yesterday was the first day of fall.  it kinda came and went without any excitement down here in new orleans.

i took riley out in the morning before work and it literally felt like a sweatbox outside.  it was disgusting.

all day long i complained about how hot it was that morning, but when i left work i was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, glorious, spectacularly cool fall breeze.

so tricky tricky aren't you, fall?

so hard to find a place to take a good picture in this apartment.
