she loved one of the greatest literary geniuses of all time, but so few know that she was just as amazing of a writer as he was.  i just learned about dear scott, dearest zelda, but now i'm dying to get my hands on a copy.  y'all know how obsessed i am with the expatriates and their lives.  zelda fascinates me.  she had an artist's soul, was ahead of her time, and struggled with mental illness (no doubt exacerbated by a disdain for domesticity and scott's reckless partying).  and there's no doubt she loved scott.

i want to feel for someone the heartache i felt when i came upon this quote.
and we'll have to make up for all those nights we wasted, not lying under the moon.
