there comes a moment when all of the pain, all of the heartache, all of the deep, deep sadness, just disappears, and you are able to have a good time, and enjoy a few fireworks, and a sweet moment with a new friend, and you are so incredibly, undeniably content. and you wish for another moment like that, for the butterfly feeling you get in your stomach, and the complete surprise you experience when it happens brings a smile to your face even days later.
i really hope i get more moments like that.
