it's friday, y'all.

 graupel, aka wannabe snow, outside my building this week.

the weather in san antonio has been ridiculous lately.  from damn near 80 to freezing in the 20s, we have experienced everything from sunshine to sleet this week.  i think the same can be said for my personal life.  i've had a lot of really good moments, but also there have been some not-so-great ones.

here's the thing, though.  i refuse to focus on the bad moments.  i just won't do it.  i don't want negativity in my life.  a friend pointed out to me that i was being super-negative one day, and i realized that i had a bad habit of doing that.  part of becoming more confident is cutting negative-talk out of your daily life.  i think i've been doing a better job of avoiding negativity in my life.

i plan on spending this weekend just enjoying each moment.  there's going to be running, live music, great company, hopefully a little dancing, maybe more writing, and just general good feelings. have a happy weekend, y'all.
