what i'm watching.

"the legend of sleepy hollow" by washington irving has always been one of my favorite stories.  i'm not sure what it is about the story that sticks with me...perhaps because i'm such a history buff.  maybe it's because it's such an interesting horror legend.  maybe it's that i like the name "ichabod crane" (it's that initial "ich" that gets me!).  who knows?

so i was kind of wary about this modern take on the legend.  i'm a bit of a purist, and the premise of sleepy hollow seemed too...i don't know.  trendy?  but i was pleasantly surprised.  i'm into it, at least by the pilot episode, and am interested to see how the season develops. 

plus, tom mison isn't too terrible to look at.  ;-)
