memorial day surprise.

 

i had to get up early on memorial day to take my friends to the airport.  after i got home and took a little nap, ernest told me he had a surprise for me.  we have been talking about going fishing for a really long time, and ernest and his friend will thought it would be a good day for us to go.  we loaded up into will's truck and headed out to lake ponchatrain.  it took us a little while to get our fishing licenses and bait, but it was still a nice day, and i enjoyed the time outside.  i can't wait til the next time we go fishing, only i hope that the next time is more fruitful, seeing as how we didn't catch any fish!  after spending a couple of hours fishing, we headed back home, stopping on a whim at a burrito place that had come well recommended.  juan's flying burrito was pretty good, and i would definitely go again!  in all, it was the best surprise i've had in a while, thanks to my sailor-man.
